Make & Take: No-sew Pencil Pouch
Tuesday, 9/4 | 4:30-5:30 p.m. | Grades 5-8
Get ready for school by getting your craft on! Create a no-sew pencil pouch that you can keep for yourself or give to a friend.

Oreo Taste Test Challenge
Tuesday, 9/11 | 4:30-5:30 p.m. | Grades 6-12
What kind of Oreo is the ultimate best? Taste over a dozen flavors and pick your favorite! Engineer It!

Newspaper Table Challenge
Tuesday, 9/18 | 4:30-5:30 p.m. | Grades 5-8
Work in pairs to make a table out of newspaper and tape and see whose table can hold the most weight! Winning team will get a prize.

Tabletop Football Tournament
Tuesday, 10/2 | 4:30-5:30 p.m. | Grades 6-12

Create paper footballs and battle each other to see who's the champion! Winner will receive a prize.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Wii U Tournament

"Parallel Worlds" Short Stories Contest

Monday, 10/1 - Tuesday, 10/23

Write a short story about a parallel world - make it as weird, spooky or as mundane as you want! Entries are due Tuesday, October 23. $100, $50 and $25 prizes for the top three entries in both middle school and high school divisions. Entry sheet and guidelines available here and at BCL main and Murray Scholls starting a few days before October 1.
